## When and where is Indonesia Outing & Incentive Travel Expo 2026?

Indonesia Outing & Incentive Travel Expo 2026 takes place on Thu-Sun, Oct 8-11, 2026 at Nusantara International Convention Exhibition (NICE), PIK 2. Opening hours: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM.

## How do I get a ticket?

Visitor registration for the next edition hasn't opened yet. Once it does, you can register on our Ticket page, and we'll send your e-ticket to your email and WhatsApp. Follow @https://instagram.com/indooutingexpo on Instagram to hear first when it opens.

## How much is a ticket?

We'll announce ticket prices for the next edition when registration opens, on our Ticket page and on Instagram @https://instagram.com/indooutingexpo.

## Can I get a refund if I can't make it?

All ticket sales are final. We don't offer refunds or exchanges once a ticket is purchased. See our Ticket Refund and Return Policy for details.

## What should I bring?

Bring your e-ticket, on your phone or printed, to exchange for a badge at the registration counter. If you want to meet corporate event vendors, bring business cards.

## Who can attend?

Everyone is welcome: HR leaders, event organizers, corporate buyers, company representatives, communities, educational institutions, and the general public. Days 1-2 focus on professionals and corporate visitors, and Days 3-4 open up more widely to communities and the public.

## Can I book services at the event?

Yes. Many exhibitors run show-only promotions and take bookings on the spot.

## How do I become an exhibitor?

Apply on our Exhibitor Registration page, or message our team on WhatsApp for booth details and pricing.

## Are there conferences or seminars?

Yes. IOITE runs four flagship programs: Inspiration Talk Series, Corporate Insights, Business Matching Lounge, and HR Forum & Future Talk. Topics cover employee engagement, people development, and incentive strategy. See the Rundown for the schedule.

## What's the difference between Days 1-2 and Days 3-4?

Days 1-2 (weekdays) are Business & Planning Days, focused on business meetings, conferences, and corporate networking. Days 3-4 (weekend) are Experience & Community Days, with live activations, program showcases, and activities for a wider audience.

## How do I become a sponsor or media partner?

## Is there parking at the venue?

Yes. NICE PIK 2 has a large parking area. Spaces can fill up at peak hours, so we recommend coming early.

## Can I take photos or videos?

Yes, for personal, non-commercial use. Professional or commercial filming needs written permission from the organizer. See our Event Policy for details.
